The Turkey Roost

was opened in 1998 as a family ooperated business. With Ric Morris, Billy Morris, Natasha Morris, and son Drake Morris. We are unlike any other full time Turkey Taxidermy Studio. We specialize only in mounting Wild Turkeys in their various natural poses and positions. Any turkey we mount is done to the very best of our abilities and with precise anatomy, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.

The Turkey Roost has won first places in all of the following, and done so several times, IGT competition, world taxidermy competition, national taxidermy competition, Iowa state show, Kansas state show, Arkansas state show, Nebraska state show, Missouri state show. On top of that many major awards, consecutive state championships in numerous states, and several other awards.

4-19-07 We have just be selected to mount the World Record 2007 Kansas State Bird.
